This position develops and implements physical therapy treatment plans for assigned home health care clients. Our territory focuses mainly on Ottawa and Allegan counties. Requires licensure as a physical therapist in the State of Michigan.. Due to the autonomous nature of this position, we require a minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist. Geriatric experience is highly valued. Candidates must have reliable transportation to make home visits and provide proof of auto insurance
