About the job

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities | Holland, MI

(We’re open to different schedules—let’s talk about what works for you!)

Who We Are

At Nephew Physical Therapy, we believe pain is not normal—and neither is cookie-cutter care. We’re an independent outpatient orthopedic clinic where every patient gets 1-on-1, focused care built around manual therapy, education, and real solutions. Our team values relationships, collaboration, and a bit of humor along the way. (Bonus points if you know how to play “Dutch Bingo.” 😉)

Your Role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping people move and live better. This is a unique role where you have time to do your best work—no double-booking, no conveyor-belt care. Whether you want full-time hours or something more flexible, we’ll build the right schedule together.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Value relationships – You enjoy connecting with patients and seeing their progress.
  • Love problem-solving – You look for the root cause, not just quick fixes.
  • Believe in 1-on-1 care – You want every session to be intentional and impactful.
  • Appreciate flexibility – A 4-day workweek? We can make that happen.
  • Are team-minded – We collaborate weekly on cases and share ideas to get the best results.

What You’ll Do

  • Treat patients 1-on-1 with manual therapy, corrective exercise, and education.
  • Collaborate with the team during weekly therapist meetings.
  • Help patients succeed with functional, realistic home programs.
  • Bring your personality – our patients love knowing the real you!

What You Bring

  • A PT or PTA license in Michigan (new grads are welcome—we love fresh perspectives).
  • A passion for restoring function and reducing pain at its source.
  • Solid communication skills with patients, team members, and doctors.
  • An interest in learning, growing, and contributing to a small but mighty team.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible schedules: Full-time, part-time, or somewhere in between.
  • Benefits (for FT): Paid vacation & holidays, retirement plan, health insurance.
  • No weekends or late Fridays—we believe life outside work matters.
  • A supportive, positive team culture that treats both patients and staff like family.

Our Mission

“We believe in fixing the root of the physical limitation, of the body that God created, through treatment and education, for those who want to experience life to the fullest.”
