Property Manager - Self Storage
Secure and Go Storage is a locally family-owned self-storage facility with locations in Holland and Zeeland. We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our team, primarily located at the Zeeland location. We would prefer a manager that is willing to travel to other locations in Holland and South Haven, as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in property leasing, customer relationship management, customer service, and a growth mind-set. Competitive pay offered.

Responsibilities
*Manage customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
*Maintain customer records
*Negotiate and resolve customer issues effectively
*Utilize SiteLink software for data entry and customer management
*Prepare and submit daily bank deposits
*Coordinate auction units as needed
*Perform property maintenance inside the facility and on the grounds; including sweeping, light maintenance, cleaning units, and light landscaping/weeding
*Assist in generating leads and increasing income and occupancy
*Assist with local marketing initiatives to maximize community awareness
Qualifications
*Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
*Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Customer-service minded
*Ability to work independently
*High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
*A valid driver's license is required, as travel between properties may be required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, you will be frequently be required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance on ladder, and maneuver around the property while performing the maintenance and inspection duties. On occasion, you may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
