
Senior IT Manager - Solution Delivery
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Manager - Solution Delivery to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a critical leader within our Technology organization, the Solutions Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services to our customers. This role demands a passion for quality, a deep understanding of solution delivery lifecycles, and experience in establishing robust QA processes for software, data, and AI models, all within a DevOps environment. The Solutions Manager will lead and inspire multiple IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while developing comprehensive departmental strategies and optimizing resource allocation. They will deliver transformative products and services that consistently exceed customer expectations, establishing and championing industry-leading QA frameworks to ensure exceptional quality and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT teams or specialized functions within the department.
- Lead and manage all phases of complex IT projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely completion, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their business goals, IT needs, and target audiences.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to IT professionals, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Lead a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent in relevant field of study
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of software, IT quality assurance space experience OR 4 years of software, IT quality assurance space experience if no post-secondary education
- 5 years of experience in the IT quality assurance space
- 2 years of supervisory or other leadership experience
- Ability to travel domestic or abroad up to about 10%

- Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with Unified Functional Test (UFT), Selenium, or similar tool
- Prior experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar software
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
- Passion for testing IT solutions
- Experience driving quality deliverables
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
