Psychological Insights, LLC is seeking Masters and Doctoral level psychologists and counselors to conduct individual psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments in an outpatient private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally responsive therapy and/or diagnostic evaluations for a variety of mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of psychotherapy
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes in medical records in a timely manner
Requirements
- Masters degree or higher in psychology or counseling
- Valid state licensure as a TMLP, LLPC, LPC, MLP, DTLLP, DLLP, or LP
- If supervision is required per licensure: you must have a regular supervisor (outside of the practice) at least until December 2024 (must provide proof of supervision contract that meets licensure requirements)
- Proficiency in conducting culturally responsive therapy
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping practices
- Ability to provide crisis intervention services in high-stress situations
- Must carry liability insurance
- Must follow APA code of ethics
Preferred skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish or English and any other language) preferred
- Experience with psychological assessments preferred but not required
Compensation
- Depending on licensure, experience, and caseload, the practice split can range from 60/40 (you receive 60%) to 80/20 (you receive 80%).
Job Types: This position is a W-2 position with a fee split. The position can be part time or full time.
Schedule: Choose your own hours (support staff available Monday-Friday)
Work setting: Hybrid: Remote and In-person
Location: Holland, MI
Client base: You choose the client populations you would like to work with.
