About
The Employers’ Association is a not-for-profit employers’ association, incorporated in 1939, serving the West Michigan employer community from its Grand Rapids office. We help hundreds of member companies maximize employee productivity and minimize employer liability through practical human resources and management advice, training, survey data, and consulting services.

TEA conducts the most comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys in West Michigan. Survey participation is a privilege of membership and enables companies that participate to receive full reports at no charge. ALL Members receive summary reports as a part of TEA membership.
