About

My focus has always been helping people. It’s the core of my personality and purpose. For 15 years, I leveraged the power of accomplishing things through, with, and for people as part of senior leadership teams in healthcare systems. By communicating a clear vision, fostering a healthy culture, and standardizing processes, I consistently elevated quality and patient satisfaction scores into the top 5 percent nationally.

After earning a law degree, I formed Laurel & Co. to share my learned experiences with entrepreneurs. Soon I had built relationships and purposeful collaboration, serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to over 350 entrepreneurs. Recognizing they struggle with the same core issues as large organizations, I taught them how to create a comprehensive plan, move past frustrations that stall success, and achieve their goals.

As my company grew, it demanded new skills and more effective, incisive tools. A friend encouraged me to read Traction, and I had an epiphany — EOS was consistent with my prior experiences and approach to helping entrepreneurs, but it offered more powerful and impressive results. I knew this “Aha!” moment was right when my own companies implemented EOS — it was simple yet transformational. This experienced inspired me to become a Professional EOS Implementer.

I understand the challenges of businesses large and small.  I've experienced the ups and downs of operating a company and being a part of a leadership team.  I know how to make you stronger, sustainable, profitable, and successful.  Clients appreciate the joy, energy, and inspiration that I bring as well as the community and connections I invite them into.
