The Felt Mansion Celebrates the Season with a Magical Holiday Experience

Holland, Michigan – 11/14/2024 – The Felt Mansion, a historic gem nestled in the scenic landscape of Holland, Michigan, invites the community to celebrate the magic of the holiday season with its annual holiday events. From festive décor to family-friendly activities, the Mansion will be transformed into a winter wonderland, offering guests a chance to experience the joy and warmth of the holidays in a unique and historic setting

The Felt Mansion Holiday Events:

• NEW THIS YEAR! Saturday, Nov. 30th, 6pm - The Felt Estate Holiday Premiere: Join us for the first annual Holiday Premiere fundraiser as we kick off the holiday season and be among the first to see the historic estate decked out for the holidays! Enjoy an evening with festive cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music, and donate for the chance to win a variety of raffle prizes including an exclusive overnight stay at the mansion. This special evening will conclude with the world premiere of the short film The Felt Estate: A Story of Restoration. Tickets $100 ea.
• Saturday, Dec. 7th, 1:00-4:00pm - Winterfest: Our well-loved FREE child-focused event is back again! Winterfest gives the entire community a chance to explore the festively decorated mansion. Activities include Santa and Mrs. Claus, face painting, horse-drawn wagon rides, and more!

• Sundays in December, 10:00am-2:00pm - Coffee & Cocoa Self-Guided Tours: Family-friendly self-guided tours of the mansion with complimentary refreshments. Tickets start at $8 ea.

• Wednesdays in December, 4:00-8:00pm - Holiday Self-Guided tours: Family-friendly self-guided tours of the mansion in all its holiday splendor. Tickets start at $5 ea.

• Thursdays in December, 10:30am -3:00pm - Tea & Tours: reserve your time slot for tea served in our antique China collection, and a guided tour of the mansion. Tickets are $25 ea.

• Fridays in December, 5:30-9:00pm - Candlelight Guided Tours: reserve your time slot for a romantic guided tour of the mansion, lit only by the warm glow of your handheld candle and the Christmas lights. Tickets are $25 ea.

Located in the heart of Holland, Michigan, the Felt Mansion is a registered historic property originally built as a summer estate for the Felt family in the early 1920s. The mansion has been meticulously restored and serves as a cultural and community hub, offering educational programs, historical tours, and special events throughout the year.
