Join us for the first annual Holiday Premiere fundraiser as we kick off the holiday season and be among the first to see the historic estate decked out for the holidays! 

Enjoy an evening with festive cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music, and donate for the chance to win a variety of raffle prizes including an exclusive weekend stay at the mansion. This special evening will conclude with the world premiere of the short film The Felt Estate: A Story of Restoration.
