Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance and Community SPOKE Appoint Transition Director

Linda Milanowski-Westdorp steps in to oversee LNA and SPOKE Executive Director Transition

Holland, MI: The Boards of Directors for the Lakeshore Nonprofit Alliance (LNA) and Community SPOKE (SPOKE) are pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Milanowski-Westdorp as the Transition Director for both organizations. The Transition Director will step in to work with our boards, staff, and community partners to provide oversight of strategic programs, finances, administration, and operations throughout the transition period, while the organizations conduct the search for our next Executive Director. Linda brings extensive experience in cross-functional Executive Level Leadership, Process Consulting, Executive Advising, Leadership Strategy, and Leadership Development in start-up, turnaround, nonprofit, for-profit, and acquisition-related environments. In 2021, Linda received certification through the Society for Process Consulting and joined a community of independent Process Consultants through the Design Group International (DGI). The community of DGI shares a commitment to working with leaders and their organizations to transform for a vibrant future. Linda enjoys aligning individual talent in concert with team and organizational goals, and she is looking forward to continuing applying these skills and experiences to support us in this time of transition.
