Swing Into Spring Ladies Golf, Luncheon & Fashion Event

Swing Into Spring at Macatawa Golf Club Scheduled for May 18

My House Ministry is celebrating women supporting women with a new event, “Swing Into Spring” at Macatawa Golf Club.  The celebration will take place on Monday, May 18th with nine-holes of golf followed by lunch, fashion and everything spring.

“We are inviting women to kick off the golf and summer fashion season while raising funds and awareness for My House Ministry,” said board member and fundraising chair, Teri Fuller.  “The event is for both golfers and non-golfers alike with golf foursomes, as well as luncheon/fashion tickets available.”

“We will have a spring bonnet contest and best dressed team,” she continued. “Plus interactive hole games and sponsorships, raffle and other fun activities.”  The event is the perfect way to celebrate flowers, pastels and spring while raising funds to support the women and children residents in the My House Ministry program.

My House Ministry has three homes in Holland that provide safe housing-combined with a program centered on four key pillars of Spiritual, Financial, Social/Emotional and Physical Wellness.  Dedicated life skills professionals on the caring team provide recovery guidance in mental health, addiction, nutrition, and financial stability.

“At My House Ministry, we restore hope and self-worth so women and their children can break free from the chains of the past and embrace a new beginning,” said Executive Director Dillene Van Beek.
