JCI Michigan is excited to announce that planning is underway for the Outstanding Young Michigander (OYM) Awards, returning in November 2026 in Holland, Michigan!

The OYM Awards recognize exceptional young leaders across Michigan who are making a meaningful impact in their careers and communities. Honorees represent individuals who lead with purpose, innovation, and a strong commitment to service. 

After a 15-year hiatus, this historic program was proudly revived in 2025 with incredible response, inspiring honorees, and strong engagement from young professionals across the state. Their goal is to continue building that momentum and reestablish OYM as a premier recognition program.

This program is more than an awards ceremony—it’s a chance to elevate and celebrate the next generation of leaders across Michigan.
