Board / Committee time commitment:

Twice per month. Business meeting on the Monday following the first Wednesday and a study session on the fourth Monday.  Both are generally from 4:00-6:00pm

- Screen candidates

- Meet with current Board leadership, who make recommendations to the Mayor

- Mayor recommends appointment, which is acted upon by the City Council

- Looking to have someone on board by February 1, 2024

The Holland BPW Board of Directors is composed of 5 voting and 3 ex-officio non-voting members. They govern the electric, water, wastewater, and broadband functions under the oversight of the Holland City Council.
