Meetings are held quarterly. October, January, April and July -- in the evenings some are virtual and some are in person. Usually falls on the last Wednesday of the month.

Those interested in joining the board can learn more by connecting with executive director, Tracey Hamlet, and other board members. Assuming there is mutual interest, the prospective member applies to the board and if the references and vetting checks out, they will be a board member by the next quarterly meeting based on board vote.

Board vote in favor of membership at next quarterly meeting.
