Briefly describe your process and timeline for adding new members:

Interested candidates will be interviewed to ensure they align with our values and core characteristics.  Volunteer application is then submitted, and a background check is completed on the individual.  We are beginning to grow the Donor Development committee and hope to add new volunteers in the next few months.
