Briefly describe your process and timeline for adding new members:

The Flourish Society received a grant to begin the process of creating a local program that will be what women desire/need and can be duplicated in any city. We're looking for women to join two focus group meetings who have been involved in mentoring as a mentor or mentee or have an interest in helping launch a mult0gen program here in Holland.  We are partnering with Hope College to begin there.  Our goals for these meetings include getting the pulse of our experiences, discovering our ideal client-mentor and mentee, determining how we can fill a gap in Holland or at Hope, discussing what we can build with this program, and then gathering a summary of our stats to move forward.

Call or email Carmen for more information. We hope to have 8-12 women to join us who have a heart/passion for our mission and want to be among the founding members who develop and launch this program.

We are a 2-year old nonprofit org with 6 board member and no paid staff. Everything we do is based on volunteer service. We are human services org with a biblical foundation.
