The Zeeland Historical Society's mission is to link past and present, and inspire future generations by collecting, preserving, and interpreting the history of Zeeland and other local communities. An active organization since 1976, ZHS owns the Dekker Huis Museum on Main Ave. in Zeeland and the 1881 New Groningen Schoolhouse.
